For example, The Garrison is entirely based on online sales of suits. The costs for staff, store rental, showroom decoration, etc., are therefore not applicable. Everything is handled and shipped from one warehouse. With fast and simple systems, we ensure that the process runs quickly, significantly reducing costs and allowing us to keep the prices of our products low.
Calculating Your Ready-to-Wear Size Online is Faster
In the past, measuring sizes was a standard part of the process. When buying a suit, you would first be measured with a tape measure. They would measure your height, chest circumference, waist circumference, inner leg length, arm length, and hips. If you have a suit made to measure, this can still be useful. However, a fully tailored suit is often very expensive. If you still want to have a great fitting suit, it is much cheaper to buy a ready-to-wear suit based on your ready-to-wear size. You can then easily have your new suit altered by a tailor, so you still have a custom-fit suit.
Calculating the ready-to-wear size is very easy to do based on height and weight. You can still arrange a perfect suit for yourself without needing to go to the store initially. A visit to the tailor is often not even necessary. Only if the trousers or sleeves are a bit too long or short, or if the suit is a bit too wide, can you have it altered or taken in. In many cases, your new suit is already perfect, so this is not necessary.
