Shipping policy

If we have the article(s) you ordered in stock and you place your order before 23:59, it will be packed and shipped by the next working day at the latest.

If the article(s) are not in stock but available for delivery, the average delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. We strive to deliver your order within 2 weeks. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you by email.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your order and check its status. If there are any changes to the delivery time, you can find the updated information through the link in the email.

Average delivery time after shipping:

  • Delivery to the United States: 4 to 6 working days.
  • Delivery to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, and Sweden: 3-4 working days.
  • Delivery within the Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Delivery to Belgium: 2 to 3 working days.

Which shipping service do you use? All our packages are shipped with DPD. They have full control over both domestic and international deliveries and do not work with any other party for the handover of packages. This ensures smooth deliveries within Europe through one network. Upon shipping, you will receive a track and trace link to track your order. This link also provides options to make changes to the delivery location or time if the scheduled time or place is not convenient.

International Shipments

The shipping service for countries outside the European Union is provided by DHL Express. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for the import costs of the item. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. When returning an item, you can only reclaim this import tax from customs. We cannot do this for you.
