Returnpolicy
Returns can only be made through our return portal. Returns outside of our return portal will not be accepted.
A return must be initiated within the 14-day return period through our return portal. The return period starts from the day you received the item. When submitting your return, you can indicate how you would like us to process it. You can choose to exchange it for another item or a different size for free, receive a gift card (+$10 extra store credit), or get a refund of the purchase amount. To process your return, it is important that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received. Please read below to understand the requirements for an accepted return.
Is exchange free?
At The Garrison, we offer the option of free exchanges. This allows you to try on and examine the item at home to see if it fits you. If it doesn't fit or if you want to try a different item, you can exchange it for another item or size for free.
Can I exchange a part of my suit?
We also offer the option to exchange a part of your suit. However, there are associated costs with exchanging individual parts. Purchasing separate parts is more expensive for us than a complete suit, so we charge a fee of €10 for exchanging a single part. You can easily request this through our return portal.
Is returning free?
If exchanging for a different size or item is not an option, you can also return the item and we will refund the money for the returned items. The refund will be processed within 2 days after receiving your return. For a return without an exchange, a fee of €4.95 is charged. These costs cover transportation and restocking expenses.
What are the requirements for my return?
To ensure a smooth return process, we have established several points that your return must meet:
- The return must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of receiving the order (unless you received certain items from the same order at a later time, in which case the latest received item determines the deadline).
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- The price labels must not be removed or cut.
How quickly is a received return processed?
We process your return within 1 to 3 days after receiving it. In most cases, the return is processed the day after arrival. In some cases, it may take an additional day. If you have any questions about the status of your return, feel free to contact our customer service. We are here to help you. 🙂
When will your return not be accepted?
- Clothing will not be accepted if it has pet hair or odors.
- Price labels have been removed.
- Clothing has been altered.
- A three-piece suit is returned with different sizes without consulting customer service. (If you want to mix sizes, return the part you want to exchange through our return portal using the "Exchange Individual Part" option).
- A return must be initiated and shipped within the 14-day return period to be eligible for a refund.
What cannot be returned:
- Gift cards are not covered by the return policy and cannot be redeemed or returned for cash.
Can I exchange for a different item?
If you indicated in the return portal that you want to exchange the item for a different size or item, it will be processed upon arrival. At that time, we will register the returned item and place an order for the new item. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped on the same day. If it's not in stock, we will order it directly from the supplier and ship it as soon as it arrives. The average delivery time for back-ordered items is approximately 2 weeks. If you need the exchange item urgently, please inform our customer service. They will work with you to determine the fastest possible delivery time, and if it's not fast enough, they will help you explore alternative options.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the return is approved and processed, you will receive an automated email notification. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 1 to 2 days for processing time between the refund being issued and it appearing in your account.
