Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. In addition, you will perform administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth handling of customer inquiries and requests.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and social media and reviews (All from one system)
- Efficiently and customer-friendly resolution of complaints and issues
- Processing orders, returns, and warranty requests
- Supporting colleagues in administrative tasks, such as tracking lost packages and checking backorders, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of MBO level of education
- Excellent command of the Dutch language in both speech and writing
- Proactive
- Proficiency in English and German, both in speech and writing
- Good communication skills and empathy
- A healthy dose of humor
- Affinity with our product range is a plus
